Description
Job Title: Mechanical/ Manufacturing Assembler
Duration: 12 months
Shift: 5am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Description:
- Assemble HVAC units, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely.
- Install parts such as coils, motors, fans, wiring, panels, insulation, and other components.
- Read and follow drawings, work orders, and production instructions.
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality, proper fit, and workmanship.
- Perform basic testing and identify defects or assembly issues.
- Maintain production speed and meet daily quality and output targets.
- Follow OSHA, safety, PPE, and Carrier manufacturing procedures.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked.
