We're hiring Mechanical Maintenance Technician pros in Blytheville who can handle anything that breaks, rattles, or leaks. If you're the one everyone calls when things go sideways, this is your spot.

Credentials That Count

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
• Able to read blueprints
• Basic mechanical skills
• Strong knowledge of power transmission, hydraulics, and equipment repair
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Comfortable working in hot, noisy, and physically demanding environments

Preferred:

• Experience in steel, pipe, or heavy manufacturing
• Millwright training or certification
• Welding, rigging, or crane experience
• Familiarity with CMMS and industrial equipment systems

A Day on the Line

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including mills, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and compressors. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment. Perform inspections, alignments, rebuilds, and component replacements. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics. Respond to equipment breakdowns in a 24/7 production environment. Complete work orders and track maintenance in CMMS systems. Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE requirements. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams.
