Mechanical Maintenance Specialist — Iron Casting Facility
Location: Winona, MN
Pay: $25.46/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

The Work You’ll Do
- Keep equipment ready with disciplined preventive maintenance.
- Identify root causes and repair mechanical failures quickly and safely.
- Jump on urgent breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Partner on special projects, including welding and pneumatic systems.
- Follow established safety procedures and detailed work instructions.

What You Bring
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach.
- Experience from maintenance, auto repair, farming, or related work is helpful.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work in varying temperatures.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged—language skills are a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
- $25.46/hour
- Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
