Mechanical/Industrial Ventilation Department Manager

Title: Lead Mechanical Engineer – Heavy Industrial / EPC Projects
Salary: $170-$190k + benefits 
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Hybrid / 4 days a week in office

Overview
We’re working with a growing engineering firm seeking a Mechanical Engineering leader with strong experience in industrial ventilation systems. This is a key leadership role supporting complex industrial projects across multiple sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of engineers and designers
• Oversee industrial ventilation, dust collection, HVAC, and exhaust system design
• Provide technical leadership and ensure quality deliverables
• Partner on multi-discipline industrial projects
• Mentor team members and support project execution

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical Engineering degree + 10 years of experience 
• Strong background in industrial ventilation / HVAC systems
• Leadership or team management experience
• Proficiency with engineering design and analysis tools
• Familiarity with ACGIH, NFPA, ASHRAE standards
• Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, chemical, etc.)
