    Are you the technician everyone calls when systems go down?

    Can you trace a fault with an ohmmeter, swap a motor before downtime escalates, and explain the fix in a way customers instantly understand? If that sounds like you, read on.

    How you’ll contribute

    • Tackle installs, preventive maintenance, and repairs on diverse HVAC systems.
    • Diagnose issues using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to pinpoint root causes.
    • Restore performance by repairing or replacing compressors, pumps, and motors.
    • Weld components when the job calls for durable, precise repairs or installations.
    • Keep systems efficient and compliant with safety standards through routine service.
    • Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC equipment.
    • Communicate clearly with clients to deliver exceptional service experiences.
    • Travel between sites in company vehicles, operating them safely and professionally.

    What it takes

    • Experience in HVAC/HVACR service or a closely related technical role.
    • Sharp problem-solving skills and a quality-first, detail-focused approach.
    • Professional communication style and customer-centric mindset.
    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for van driving.

    Stand-out strengths

    • AAON and/or chiller experience preferred.
    • Background with refrigeration systems and chiller/boiler operations; Laars and Aerco preferred.
    • Appliance and general equipment repair familiarity.
    • Ability to handle basic plumbing related to HVAC installs/repairs (plus).
    • HVAC-related certification preferred but not required.

    Proficiency expected: HVAC/R Systems
