Mechanical Estimator (HVAC/Plumbing)

A highly-respected commercial and industrial mechanical contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their team. This company works on diverse HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects anywhere from $100K-$10M, across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional work.

This is an excellent opportunity to get "in" with a top-notch mechanical contractor that already has had great success and is looking to expand. We are looking for an Estimator with commercial or industrial HVAC and/or plumbing experience. If you want the challenge of helping a company grow into something special then this opportunity is for you. Estimator Qualifications:

• Estimating experience with a commercial or industrial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing contractor
• Prepare complete quantity take-offs for ductwork, piping, plumbing fixtures, and equipment
• Read and interpret mechanical and plumbing blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Experience with Trimble/Accubid, QuoteSoft, FastPipe/FastDuct, Bluebeam, or other estimating software
• Solicit and level vendor and subcontractor quotes for equipment, insulation, controls, and TAB
• Hard-bid and design-build/design-assist experience a plus
• Excellent people skills
