About the Role
We are seeking mechanical interns to join our 2027 Winter class (Jan-March 2027). Our interns receive high ownership and guidance with challenging and meaningful projects that are critical components to the success of our mission. You will partner with and learn from top professionals in the aerospace industry.
This will be a 10-12 week internship in our facility in the greater Seattle area. You’ll be in the same location where we are pulling in our structures, mechanisms, propulsion, life support systems, avionics, power systems, thermal systems, software, and associated testing. If you are driven, passionate, collaborative, hands on, and want to grow your technical skills – join us and help enable our expansion into the solar system.

About You
You’re a successful candidate if you are a giver, not a taker and have a desire to support your team in all the areas to mission success. The strongest candidates have appreciation for the physics underlying engineering while also seeing their developments built with their hands and bias to action, testing, and execution.

Salary Range and Description
We provide a competitive hourly wage and housing stipend for our interns, $28/hr - $35.00/hr
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Trac in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
