Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
Strong background in process improvement, troubleshooting, and reducing production downtime.
Experience with manufacturing equipment, automation/controls, PLCs, and CAD; able to work closely with maintenance and operations.
Experience evaluating and implementing CAPEX projects, equipment upgrades, and manufacturing improvements.
