Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works on mechanical problems of moderate scope.
  • Assists with projects or processes while receiving general instructions from higher level professionals.
  • Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.
  • Supports continuous improvement and automation activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
  • 2+ years of Mechanical Engineering work experience.
  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with knowledge of production and maintenance processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians.
Note: This is not a Design Engineer role.
