They are a subsidiary of a large global company and have roughly 130 employees. They have 2 large product lines that are manufactured at this site and distributed globally.Job DescriptionThe main responsibilities of the Mechanical Engineer include, but are not limited to:Develop and enhance automated machine accessories.Manage all mechanical aspects of projects from concept to implementation.Generate and present conceptual designs to meet customer needs.Ensure designs meet functional requirements and are suitable for their purpose.Design mechanical components and mechanisms.Produce construction documents for designed components.Select appropriate off-the-shelf items such as pneumatic actuators, valves/manifolds, sensors, electric actuators, motors, and reducers.Coordinate with vendors and fabricators for parts procurement.Apply today for immediate consideration!
