About the Role
At Torus, we're building the world's first mesh energy infrastructure — systems that protect communities, reduce costs, and strengthen the grid for decades to come. Nova Pulse, our Battery Energy Storage System, is at the heart of that mission. As a Mechanical Engineer on the Nova Pulse team, you'll design, validate, and bring to life the sub-systems that make resilient energy storage possible. This role sits at a critical handoff, where great engineering becomes great manufacturing. And your work will directly shape how quickly and reliably we scale. We Value Speed and Quality Equally here; moving fast matters, but so does building it right the first time. You'll need to Think About Systems and Data Holistically, understanding how your design decisions ripple across the full product lifecycle, from concept through production. If you're someone who finds energy in solving hard mechanical problems and takes ownership from the first sketch to the final spec, this role was built for you.
