Key Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
Strong self-motivation, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent engineering fundamentals, including Materials Science and Statics.
Strong mathematical aptitude with proven ability to apply higher-level engineering calculations.
Ability to comprehend and interpret technical specifications, customer requirements, and engineering standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Demonstrated initiative in personal and professional development, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
Working knowledge of the design and fabrication of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or other custom-engineered equipment.
Familiarity with ASME Code requirements, particularly Section VIII and Section IX.
Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Fabrication experience or knowledge is preferred.
