Now hiring for a Mechanical Engineer - Direct Hire

Location: Russellville, AR

Salary: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 3 PM (Some Fridays + Saturdays from 5 AM - 1 PM)

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to work in an active industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Capable of walking production floors, climbing stairs and ladders, and accessing machinery for inspections and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and use standard measuring and engineering tools.
  • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety requirements and PPE standards.

Job Duties

  • Support capital projects, equipment installations, facility upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create, revise, and maintain 2D and 3D CAD models, technical drawings, equipment layouts, and custom machine components.
  • Assist with reverse engineering legacy parts using precision measurement tools and 3D scanning technology.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical failures, identify root causes, and implement long-term corrective solutions to reduce downtime.
  • Digitize and maintain historical engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and safety teams to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and compliance with industrial safety standards.
