Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location:Pawcatuck, Connecticut
Job Summary

• Mechanical Engineer with 6+ years of engineering and CAD design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design.
• Minimum 4+ years of Plastics Extrusion & Converting experience.
• Experience with custom / Engineer-to-Order (ETO) machinery.
• Ability to support multiple machine projects with minimal onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom machinery and equipment using SolidWorks.
• Create and maintain manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Support multiple concurrent machine design and manufacturing projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Use PDM/PLM systems for engineering data and document management.
