    Key Responsibilities:

    A Mechanical Engineer is responsible for completing the following duties:

    • Coordinate product design and development for equipment used in processing bulk material and aggregates
    • Design and detail custom conveying equipment
    • Perform design analysis for components
    • Create detail drawings
    • Complete bills of material
    • Evaluate and implement design changes
    • Other duties as assigned
    • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.*

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or related education

    • Thorough understanding of:

    • Drafting standards, dimensioning, and tolerances

    • Mechanical power relationships such as horse power, torque, speed, ratios

    • Shaft, bearing, and power transmission design and analysis

    • Strengths of materials and structural analysis

    • ASD steel design code

    • Training and/or experience in using 2D AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D CAD software experience is a bonus.
