Role: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Spring, TX (Day 1 Onsite )

Type: Full time preferred/ Contract-to-hire

Domain Exp: Oil & Gas/ Energy Exp/ Halliburton recent exp

The pay range for this role is $60000-95000Range per annum

This role is open for contract as well: $45/hr

Job Description: Mechanical Engineer

  • At the direction of a Lead Engineer or Project Manager, assist in the analysis, modification, and design of products and services for assigned projects, which require a working knowledge of materials, processes, components, and their applications.
  • Prepare design documentation, calculations and Assembly and test specifications.
  • Incorporate Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the and documentation process.

Required skills:

  • Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, and 5 years of related experience.
  • Proficient with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in self-management within a team environment
  • Time Management: The ability to allocate time efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
  • Task Organization: Being able to plan and organize individual tasks and responsibilities in a way that aligns with the team's objectives.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changes in the team environment, adjusting individual efforts to contribute positively to the team's progress.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating progress, challenges, and contributions to the team, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
