Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the operation, troubleshooting, testing, and validation of Zwick testing machines in a pharmaceutical/life sciences environment.

Job Description:

• Serve as the SME and system owner for Zwick testing machines.
• Troubleshoot machine and testing failures using established methodologies.
• Analyze test data to identify root causes and distinguish true vs. false failures.
• Support test method validation and ensure procedures are properly followed and documented.
• Communicate testing findings and technical issues effectively with Quality teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with testing machines or pharmaceutical/life sciences device testing.
• Hands-on experience with Zwick testing machines.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Experience with drug-device combination products and pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Strong mechanical engineering and data analysis skills.
