Following a recent acquisition, they are making significant investments in their engineering resources and strategic growth initiatives.Job DescriptionDesign and develop custom lifting, rigging, and engineered mechanical solutions. Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks. Perform engineering calculations to validate designs and ensure product performance. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support fabrication and production processes. Review customer specifications and develop customized design solutions. Support project quotation and technical proposal activities. Troubleshoot design and manufacturing challenges throughout project execution. Participate in product improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong proficiency with SolidWorks. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on engineering approach with the ability to work closely with production teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience designing metal-based products, components, or fabricated assemblies preferred.What's on OfferBase salary range of $85,000-$105,000 plus annual performance bonus.
