Summary:
Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design and support HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial projects. This role works closely with sales, project management, and field teams to assess project requirements, conduct site surveys, develop engineered solutions, and ensure system designs align with customer needs and performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience performing heating and cooling load calculations.
  • Proficiency with CAD and drafting software.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions for commercial applications.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with sales, project management, and field teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop engineered mechanical and HVAC solutions for commercial projects.
  • Conduct site surveys to evaluate existing conditions, understand customer needs, and determine project requirements.
  • Design and develop customized mechanical system solutions based on project specifications and customer objectives.
  • Present and review design recommendations to ensure solutions meet technical and performance requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project managers and field teams throughout project execution.
  • Work cross-functionally to help ensure designs are practical, effective, and aligned with project goals.
