Summary:
This position contributes to the work group by providing engineering support for combustion engine current product development and improvement.
 
Responsibilities

• Resolve factory issues and engage in Built in Quality projects.
• Review engine orders and update to improved designs.
• Collaborate with design requests to approve and implement changes into production.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree
• 1-4 years of mechanical design experience
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
• Associate degree with 4 years of experience
• Experience in the automotive industry

 
Skills

• Mechanical/Engine knowledge with engines, automotive, and farming equipment.
• Mechanical design experience, proficiency in CREO/3D CAD, Teamcenter Visualization, and good communication skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $34.00 - $35.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
