Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support troubleshooting, testing, and validation of Zwick testing machines in a pharmaceutical/life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zwick machines, drug-device combination products, and test data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert and system owner for Zwick testing machines.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and investigate testing failures.
• Analyze test data to identify root causes and distinguish actual failures from false failures.
• Support testing validation and ensure compliance with established testing procedures.
• Document findings and communicate results effectively to the Quality team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience working with testing machines or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences device testing.
• Hands-on experience with Zwick testing machines is required.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Experience with drug-device combination products and pharmaceutical testing environments is preferred.
