Mechanical Engineer

Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar tools. Design mechanical interfaces for batteries, cameras, sensors, displays, PCBs, speakers, microphones, and other electronic components .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and enclosures for wearable devices.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D engineering drawings using SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar tools.
• Develop lightweight, compact, and ergonomic mechanical architectures suitable for wearable products.
• Perform GD&T, tolerance analysis, stack-up analysis, and dimensional reviews.
• Work on plastic injection-molded, die-cast, CNC-machined, sheet-metal, and elastomer components.
• Collaborate with electrical, optical, RF, thermal, sensor, firmware, and industrial-design teams to integrate hardware components.
• Design mechanical interfaces for batteries, cameras, sensors, displays, PCBs, speakers, microphones, and other electronic components.
• Support prototype builds, mechanical assembly, rework, and design iterations.
• Perform DFM/DFA reviews and work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for mass production.
• Conduct mechanical validation including drop, shock, vibration, fatigue, environmental, thermal, and reliability testing.
