What Youll Do- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems- Prepare and review mechanical drawings and calculations- Coordinate with architects, electrical & structural engineers- Conduct site inspections and ensure code compliance- Support public facilities, industrial plants, and large-scale projects
What Were Looking For- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited)- EIT required; P.E. license preferred- 37 years of experience in building/industrial mechanical design- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools- Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes
Nice to Have- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Georgia- Experience with industrial or public projects- LEED or other energy efficiency certifications
