Mechanical Engineer

Candidates will create HVAC and Plumbing designs, including ductwork and isometric diagrams in Revit for commercial projects . In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation .

Selectek is partnering with a firm in Atlanta, GA to hire a Mechanical Designer on a direct hire basis. Candidates will create HVAC and Plumbing designs, including ductwork and isometric diagrams in Revit for commercial projects.

Expected Pay Range: $38-$50/hour depending on experience and certification
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p

Job Duties:

• Revit Modeling/Design
• Multidiscipline Project Management
• Client Relations
• Knowledgeable of various HVAC Systems Design
• Contract Administration (Shop Drawings, RFI’s, Site Visits/Reports)
• Multitasking between various projects
• Sustainable Design (LEED Accreditation a plus)
• Energy Modeling experience a plus

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5 plus years of HVAC design/engineering experience for commercial projects
• Revit Proficiency
• EIT working toward PE or PE
