Job Title - Mechanical Engineer 2
Location -Chillicothe, IL (On-Site Full Time)
Shift - Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Duration - 12 months

Position s Contributions to Work Group:
- Design Release and Checking
- Mechanical Design Concepting
- Mechanical Part Validation
o Fit-up and Assembly
o Vibration Testing / Thermal Testing
Reason/motivation for request:
- Backfill

Typical task breakdown:
- Review/Concept mechanical designs
- Mechanical design validation
- Supplier interaction on manufacturing

Interaction with team:
- In-person with on-site team and virtual with global team
- Collaborating with fellow Mechanical and Power Electronic Engineers
Team Structure
- Mech Design Engineer reports to Mechanical Design Lead
Work environment:
- Office
- When on production floors/testing sites, PPE will be provided

Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 5+ years
- Degree requirement: BS ME required ,
- will accept MS ME with 3 years of experience
- will accept Associates degree with 9 years experience
