Key Responsibilities:
Assist in determining appropriate corrective actions for damaged or worn equipment based on breakdown history and discussions with the operations team to identify cost-effective solutions.
Assist in overseeing the protection of physical assets, facility and equipment maintenance, and facility housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Dispatch and oversee outside housekeeping service vendors, conducting physical inspections to ensure quality of work.
Participate in environmental audits.
Provide compliance training with some supervision.
Draft feasibility studies and assist with projects as required by the management team.
Draft conveyor design options using AutoCAD or other computerized drawing software.
Calculate cost estimates for alternative designs and document the design process.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
