Description

Job Summary:
  • Assist in determining appropriate corrective actions for damaged or worn equipment by analyzing breakdown history and collaborating with the operations team to identify cost-effective solutions.
  • Support the protection of physical assets, facility maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
  • Manage and oversee the work of outside housekeeping service vendors through physical inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in environmental audits and provide compliance training under supervision.
  • Draft feasibility studies and contribute to various projects as needed by the management team.
  • Design conveyor system options using AutoCAD, compute cost estimates for design alternatives, and document the design process.
  • The primary function of this role is drafting.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Must Have:
  • Expertise in Autodesk or SolidWorks 2D and 3D software.
  • Strong analytical skills, ensuring accuracy in tasks while considering broader objectives.
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to develop and execute project plans efficiently.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook).
