Mechanical Design Engineer - Rotor Dynamics

Extensive Rotor Dynamics experience in mechanical design engineering within aerospace or related industries, focusing on complex component and system design. Ability to lead design reviews, conduct risk assessments, and mentor engineering teams effectively.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Extensive Rotor Dynamics experience in mechanical design engineering within aerospace or related industries, focusing on complex component and system design
Proficiency in FEA software such as ANSYS APDL or ANSYS Workbench
Proficiency in 1D Beam based FEA technique
Proficiency in Rotor Dynamics & Shafting Structural Analyses
Ability to lead design reviews, conduct risk assessments, and mentor engineering teams effectively
Proven leadership experience in managing mechanical design projects in aerospace environments

WE VALUE
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with systems engineering principles and cross-disciplinary collaboration
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and aerospace certification processes
Knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and design standards such as AS9100 and MIL-STD
Experience with design for manufacturability, tolerance analysis, and mechanical testing methodologies
