The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, thrives in a collaborative consulting environment and is eager to contribute to projects where system reliability, energy efficiency, precision and performance are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Systems Design & Engineering

  • Design HVAC systems for data centers, mission-critical environments and other technically demanding facilities.

  • Develop mechanical system layouts, equipment selections and detailed construction documents using Autodesk Revit.

  • Design plumbing systems, including domestic water, sanitary, vent and specialty piping.

  • Support performance-based fire protection and mechanical controls design.

  • Evaluate mechanical system performance, efficiency, reliability and constructability.

  • Perform code analysis and ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards and engineering best practices.

Engineering Calculations & Technical Analysis

  • Perform heating and cooling load calculations, ventilation analysis and psychrometric evaluations.

  • Complete duct static pressure calculations, pump head calculations and air balance summaries.

  • Evaluate equipment sizing, system selections and mechanical design criteria.

  • Support computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling and airflow analysis.

  • Contribute to advanced engineering studies involving load curtailment strategies, co-simulation and system optimization.

  • Assist in developing mechanical solutions that support the demanding cooling and operational requirements of mission-critical facilities.

Project Coordination & Collaboration
