Incorporate material recommendations, cost analysis, GD&T, and tolerance considerations into design decisions.
Create a Preventive Maintenance plan for tooling and equipment.
Create jigs for coating processes to protect critical surfaces and maintain structural integrity under high temperature applications.
Engineering Analysis and Simulation
Use FEA and other CAD tools to validate mechanical performance under chemical exposure, stress, vibration, or ergonomic constraints.
Iterate designs based on simulation data to optimize safety and durability.
Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
Ensure all designs facilitate efficient manufacturing-considering fabrication methods (CNC, molding, coatings), assembly, ergonomics, cost, and maintainability.
Apply ergonomic principles to reduce operator strain and improve safety.
Part treatment workstation design
