    The Mechanical Assistant Superintendent position is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete projects on time while maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and customer loyalty.     Position Details/Responsibilities:

    - Team Management: Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.

    - Project Coordination: Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scopes of work, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

    - Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.

    - Resource Management:*Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet project schedules.

    - Adherence to Standards: Uphold standards of quality, safety, and best practices in all project activities.


    Here’s What We’re Looking For:

    - Experience: Superintendent with at least 3-7 years of experience managing entire new construction projects from inception to completion. Experience managing projects with an average mechanical contract value of $10M is required. Multi-family experience is preferred.

    - Certification: OSHA 30 certification preferred.

    - Licensing: An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.

    - Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.

    - Skills: Basic computer and writing skills are required.
