Assembly Associate

Staffmark Group is hiring a hands-on Mechanical Assembler who want steady weekly pay, real benefits, and a crew that knows how to get the job done. If you like building things and working with your hands, this is the role for you.

Education Requirements

• High school degree or GED preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of six months of related manufacturing, assembly, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics preferred
• Ability to follow assembly instructions preferred

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to handle objects and tools and work on assemblies for extended periods

Job Duties

• Assemble parts by hand or using hand and power tools, with training available
• Follow instructions to build products accurately
• Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with a team to meet production goals
