Now Hiring Manufacturing Assembly in West El Paso, TX
Prologistix is hiring Electro-Machanical Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in West El Paso, TX.
Available Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | $16.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM | $17.25/hour
The Electro-Mechanical Assembly position performs assembly and production tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to blueprint instructions
- Safely operate production equipment and hand tools
- Perform quality inspections and identify defects
- Meet production goals and complete required documentation
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S workplace standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
