What You'll Do As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
• Cutting, fitting, and assembling metal parts and components in accordance with specifications.
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment such as shears, drill presses, and saws to complete fabrication tasks.
• Interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Measuring and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure precision during assembly.
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• At least 2 years of experience in fabrication or mechanical assembly roles.
• Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good math and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
