We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical and Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate brings several years of hands-on engineering experience, demonstrates strong technical judgment, and excels in leading complex projects from concept through completion. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred. Position Summary: Develop detailed design drawings and specifications necessary for Pacific Netting Products, Inc. to successfully price, bid, fabricate and install a wide variety of projects, work with the team to design, lay out, or detail components and production processes, and resolve design or other problems as needed. Essential Duties: Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for projects involving production, fabrication and/or installation Perform engineering calculations to support design work Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-assisted drafting equipment and software Generate preliminary plans and drawings for bidding and pricing calculations Collaborate with PNP management, production leads, sales team and administrative staff, vendors, customers and contractors to produce drawings and other information necessary to ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process from inception to completion Post-project review and analysis Actively participate in the company’s process of continuous improvement Compensation details: 100000-100000 Yearly Salary PIc907e8dc4423-25448-413464815c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
