Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled
Mechanic to join our busy repair shop. We would like this person to be at least a "B'" technician with a Safety Inspection License. You must have tools. This is an immediate opening for a qualifed technicans to make 50 hours a week @ $42 to $55 an hour flat rate.
MUST have your own personal tool. A tool box the demonstrates your commitment to the trade is preferred.
Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair vehicles coming into the shop
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Diagnose system compenent failures, basic electrical diagnosis required.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Safety and/or Emission Inspection Certificate
- Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred
- Desire to make a good living.
