Mechanic/Maintenance Technician

Coachman's Golf Resort is seeking a reliable and skilled Mechanic/Maintenance Technician for our Edgerton, WI location. This position is responsible for maintaining the resort's facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, well-functioning, and high-quality experience for our guests and staff.

What's the role?

Key responsibilities includes:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, golf course equipment, and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and minor HVAC issues
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
• Maintain and service golf course and grounds equipment as needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
• Coordinate with management and other departments as needed

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

• Previous maintenance or mechanic experience required (golf course or resort experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional holidays
