Meat Production Clerk (NMK) $20-$24/hr*

Overview: We are excited to announce openings for our new NMK Meat Production Clerk positions, which will be based at the NMK Meat Room located at Food 4 Less in Woodland! This team will produce high-quality products that support all Nugget Market locations and contribute to providing fresh, consistent offerings companywide.

We are excited to announce openings for our new NMK Meat Production Clerk positions, which will be based at the NMK Meat Room located at Food 4 Less in Woodland! This team will produce high-quality products that support all Nugget Market locations and contribute to providing fresh, consistent offerings companywide. We are looking for associates with a positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, and a focus on quality and safety.

*Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing, marinating, seasoning, and packaging bulk quantities of beef, chicken, and pork, as well as sausage making. Associates will work with large-scale equipment designed for high-volume production. Associates must have intermediate knife skills and basic math skills, as well as the ability to read and follow recipes accurately.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to work in cold environments, including extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per shift) in walk-in coolers.
