Requirements
At least 2 years of experience butchering in a retail environment.
Has knowledge of raw meat preparations, red meat cuts, and cooking knowledge.
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
Great customer service skills

The meat team is a tight-knit group and enjoys the fast-paced environment where the days fly by. This is one of our more social positions due to the customer interaction and numerous staff members being scheduled at the same time. Ability to work at least weekend shifts and some night shifts.
