Job Requirement

• BS, MS in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience of troubleshooting in an engineering role (intern ok)
• Electronic experience with power electronics, inverters or battery chargers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid and high growth environment.
• Demonstrated focus on quality and customer service.
• Demonstrated strong ability with hands-on assembly and instrument testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Core computer skills including Microsoft Office tools required.
• Multilingual is a plus (English, Mandarin)

Job Description

• Supports sales and business development from a technical standpoint to achieve order intake and revenue objectives.
• providing efficient and accurate pre-sale application and technical support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer's needs
• Provides after sales support and services to customers to ensure long-term business relationship.
• Provides product and application education to internal sales team and external customers.
• Travel with Sales to meet customers and provide product trainings or technical expertise.
• Coordinate all above technical responsibilities in close collaboration and support with the sales and business development team.
