Horizons is looking for a compassionate and organized Client Services Associate to support our Meals on Wheels program in Linn County.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for new clients. Day-to-day, you'll handle incoming calls, complete client intakes (Older American Act, Medicaid, and Private Pay), assess eligibility, manage database records, and help coordinate volunteer meal route coverage.
