MDM Product Manager
Must be ready to from Client office 3 days a week from Richardson TX
Experience 15 years in Data ManagementData Engineering with 5 years managing enterprise MDM programmes
Preferred Skills Reltio Informatica MDM Data Governance Data Quality API Integration Cloud Data Platforms AgileScrum Stakeholder Management Risk Program Governance
1Lead endtoend delivery of Master Data Management MDM programmes using platforms such as Reltio Informatica MDM Profisee or SAP MDG
2Define project scope timelines milestones budgets and resource plans aligned with business objectives
3Manage crossfunctional teams comprising MDM architects developers data stewards business analysts and integration teams
4Drive requirements gathering data governance data quality and master data strategy workshops with business stakeholders
5Oversee implementation of data models matchmerge rules survivorship logic hierarchy management and integration workflows
6Track project progress dependencies risks and issues and proactively drive mitigation plans
7Facilitate AgileScrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and releases
8Manage stakeholder communications status reporting executive reviews and customer expectations
9Ensure successful execution of data migration testing UAT cutover and production golive activities
10Drive continuous improvement adoption of MDM best practices and realization of business value from master data initiatives

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
