MDM Business Analyst / Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support its Asset Data team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends traditional business analysis with modern AI-driven prototyping. The ideal candidate excels at translating business needs into interactive, visual solutions — rapidly and independently.

Knowledge of the Asset Domain in an MDM scenario is vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine data and reporting requirements, with a strong focus on user experience
• Rapidly design and deliver interactive UI prototypes and dashboard mockups — often within a matter of hours — using AI-assisted tools
• Translate complex asset data into intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that drive business decisions
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring solutions align with real-world workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate dashboard and prototype development
• Strong background in dashboarding and data visualization, with a clear eye for UX/UI best practices
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and convert requirements into working prototypes quickly and independently
• Experience with interactive UI design or low-code/no-code prototyping tools

Nice to Have

• Background in solution architecture or technical delivery
• Familiarity with asset management data domains
