Be a part of something special!Position SummaryHalvik seeks a senior functional analyst to support Army logistics and installation programming and budgeting. The integrator will help Management Decision Package managers turn PPBE and POM data into accurate analyses, briefings, and recommendations for Government decision points. This position replaces an incumbent on the G-4 ELISS subcontract and requires a prompt, orderly transition.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate Army logistics and installation programming requirements across funding sources, MDEPs, and PPBE milestones.Verify funding information and analyze POM submissions, requirements, and system integration issues for Logistics and Installation IT System MDEP managers.Prepare MDEP manager analytics packages, decision-ready narratives, executive briefings, and training materials from Army enterprise data.Coordinate with MDEP managers and other Army stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and present resource implications and options.Deliver accurate products on Government decision-point and PPBE milestone schedules, with minimal revision needed before senior leader use.QualificationsExperience with Army PPBE and POM processes, MDEP management, or closely related defense programming and budgeting work.Ability to analyze complex financial and program data and translate findings into clear executive-level written and visual products.Strong stakeholder coordination, briefing, and deadline management skills.S. citizenship and eligibility for the clearance and access required by this assignment; the specific level will be confirmed with LMI.Privacy Policy – Halvik CorpHalvik's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
