Deliver situational awareness reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Mentor junior network controllers and assist in SOP/tool improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple DISN technologies (routers, switches, crypto devices, DWDM, optical switching, etc.).

Active Secret clearance<\/b>; able to obtain/maintain Top Secret<\/b>.

DoD -8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE<\/b> or equivalent) at start.

Experience in alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, or performance management<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Advanced knowledge in 4+ areas<\/b>: routers, switches, crypto devices, routing, DSN/DRSN, Video Services, Promina, CISCO, Juniper, MSPP, DWDM, Optical Switching.

Understanding of transport and IP network topologies<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Education/Experience: High school diploma + 3–5 years<\/b> relevant experience.
