    OB/GYN Physicians - looking for a clinic-based locum assignment with weekday hours, schedule flexibility, and no inpatient coverage? This Connecticut opportunity offers a focused outpatient practice with an established clinical team.

    We re seeking a Board Certified OB/GYN Physician MD/DO for a 6-month locum tenens assignment in Farmington, Connecticut. This role is focused entirely on outpatient OB/GYN care, with a primary need for 3 days per week and flexibility on which weekdays you provide coverage.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    This is an excellent fit for a Board Certified OB/GYN looking to step into an established outpatient practice without a traditional hospital-based OB/GYN schedule.

    You'll provide general obstetric and gynecologic clinical care, help support the existing patient census, collaborate with an APRN, respond to EMR messages, and potentially assist with NST reads.

    The physician will be cross-credentialed to support outpatient services in both Farmington and Southington.

    CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    • General Outpatient OB/GYN Care
    • Obstetric + Gynecologic Patient Management
    • Support Existing Patient Census
    • Collaborate With and Support APRN
    • Respond to Patient and Clinical Epic Messages
    • Potential NST Interpretation
    • Coordinate Outpatient Treatment and Follow-Up
    • Provide Coverage During Temporary Faculty Leave
    SCHEDULE

    Primary Need: 3 Days Per Week
    Days: Flexible Weekday Coverage
    Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
    Setting: Outpatient Only
    Duration: Approximately 6 Months
    Start: December 2026 / ASAP-Ongoing per coverage need

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
    • MD or DO
    • Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
    • Active Connecticut Medical License
    • Active DEA
    • BLS
    • Outpatient OB/GYN Experience
    • Comfortable Managing Both OB + GYN Patients
    • Strong Independent Clinical Skills
    • Comfortable Collaborating With APRNs and Clinical Staff
    • Ability to Work With Epic
    • NST Interpretation Experience a Plus
