At Telecare San Diego MCRT, we don't wait for people in crisis to find us-we go to them. As our Team Lead, you are at the helm of a 24/7 mobile crisis response unit. This is an entry-level management role designed for a seasoned clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) who is ready to step into leadership without losing the "boots-on-the-ground" clinical impact that matters most.
What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Clinical Compass: You'll provide telephone screening, triage, and referrals, ensuring that every caller receives a timely, accurate, and professional response during their most vulnerable moments.
Team Mentor: You won't just manage; you'll supervise a multidisciplinary team, coordinating service needs and collaborating with community agencies to ensure a seamless safety net for San Diego.
Crisis Expert: You'll provide onsite support and crisis interventions, utilizing your 5150 certification to ensure public safety and member wellness.
Operational Leader: You'll participate in a structured on-call rotation, ensuring our team is always accessible, prepared, and supported to respond.
Shifts Available: Full-Time | Shifts and days vary as needed
Expected starting wage range is $104,000.00 - $127,000.00/yr. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
