The Food Access & Outreach Coordinator will develop and implement operational systems for the University of Montana Food Pantry, including inventory management, food ordering processes, and partnership coordination. The member will establish volunteer training programs and develop student leader initiatives to expand pantry capacity. The member will implement outreach strategies across campus events, develop food drive frameworks, and establish coordination systems for satellite pantry locations at Missoula College and West Campus. The member will design and implement data collection and analysis systems to track student food access trends and evaluate pantry effectiveness. Through these efforts, the member will build organizational capacity and create sustainable systems that strengthen food security programming at the University of Montana.
