The member will develop and implement outreach and engagement programming to support student success, belonging, and retention. They will establish coordination systems linking students to basic needs services, academic support, and personal resources on campus. The member will design first-year student transition programming and develop resource guides addressing barriers to success. The member will design and implement workshop, cultural activity, and wellness event frameworks, and establish student volunteer and civic engagement programming. The member will design data collection systems to track program participation and outcomes. All work will be carried out in partnership with elders and community partners in a manner that respects Blackfeet cultural traditions and builds organizational capacity for sustained culturally grounded programming.
