The Basic Needs and Civic Engagement Coordinator will develop and implement operational systems for the campus food pantry and unified Campus Closet, including inventory tracking and scheduling processes. The member will develop student leader training programs, implement workshops on food security, and create marketing strategies promoting civic engagement. The member will establish partnerships with local nonprofits and food banks, connecting students to essential services. By year's end, the member will have created data management systems, training guides, and sustainable partnership models that build organizational capacity to continue serving Montana Tech students beyond the service term.
